Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email address.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can update your address only before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not yet able to deliver there.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and kept in original packaging. Bedding sets, pillows, blankets and robes must be free of stains or pet hair.

How do I start a return?

Send us an email with your order number and tell us which items you wish to return. We will send you return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover return shipping. If you return items because you change your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or print?

Yes. Exchanges are available within our 30-day return window, subject to stock availability.

Products & Fabric Care

What fabrics are your bedding made from?

Our core collection uses premium cotton blends. All our fabrics are OEKO‑TEX certified, safe for adults and children.

How should I wash my Happypuddle bedding?

Wash on a gentle cold cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid bleach and harsh fabric softeners to keep the floral print bright and fabric soft.

Are the pillowcases and duvet covers removable?

Our duvet covers have hidden closures for easy removal. Decorative throw pillow covers are also removable for washing.

Are your robes machine washable?

Yes. Wash gently in cold water and dry on low heat to keep them fluffy.

Gift Cards

Do Happypuddle gift cards expire?

Our gift cards never expire and have no hidden fees.

Can I use a gift card with discount codes?

Gift cards can be combined with valid promotional codes at checkout.

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Unused balance stays on the card for future orders.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

All payments are processed through encrypted secure checkout. We never store your full card details.
